Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Golden Beach Flood Water Pumps is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 8, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $75,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Golden Beach 14
Flood Water Pumps as described in Appropriations Project Request 15

Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
