Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Seminole State College - Altamonte Springs 9
Student Services Center is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representati ves and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 17, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,351,025 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Seminole State College - 16
Altamonte Springs Student Services Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 17. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
