Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Seminole State College - Building C (1101) 9
Health and Life Safety Improvements is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 16, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,577,169 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Seminole State College - 16
Building C (1101) Health and Life Safety Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 16. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
