Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Seminole State College - Construction Trades 9
Program Equipment is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 13, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $756,722 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Seminole State College - 16
Construction Trades Program Equipment as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 13. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
