Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Grow It Forward Urban Farm Network Strategic 9
Planning is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 34, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the Grow 16
It Forward Urban Farm Network Strategic Planning as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 34. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
