Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Technical Assistance for Minority Owned 9
Businesses is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 31, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $477,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Technical 16
Assistance for Minority Owned Businesses as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 31. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
