Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Zoo Miami Expansion/Renovation of Animal 9
Hospital is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 49, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the Zoo Miami 16
Expansion/Renovation of Animal Hospital as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 49. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
