Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Jupiter Inlet District Loxahatchee River Mile 6 9
Gap Closure and Oxbow Restoration Maintenance is an 10
Appropriations Project as de fined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 36, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $377,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Jupiter Inlet 16
District Loxahatchee River Mile 6 Gap Closure and Oxbow 17
Restoration Maintenance as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 36. 19
Section 3. This act sha ll take effect July 1, 2022. 20
