Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Legal Services Clinic of the Puerto Rican 9
Community, Inc. is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 71, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Legal Affairs and Attorney General to fund the 16
Legal Services Clinic of the Puerto Rican Community, Inc. as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 71. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
