Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Stetson University - Community Resource Center 9
for Mental Health and Alzheimer's is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 53, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $298,489 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Stetson University - 16
Community Resource Center for Mental Health and Alzheimer's as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 53. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
