Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. YMCA Youth in Government is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 62, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the YMCA Youth in Government as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 62. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
