Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. David Posnack Jewish Community Center - Senior 9
Kosher Meal Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representati ves and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 45, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $149,537 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the David Posnack Jewish 16
Community Center - Senior Kosher Meal Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 45. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
