Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Brevard Reentry Portal is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 52, herein incorporated by refe rence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Corrections to fund the Brevard Reentry Portal as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 52. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
