Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida State University - Boys and Girls State 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 60, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Board of Governors to fund the Florida State University - Boys 16
and Girls State as described in Appropriations Project Request 17
60. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
