Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Veterans Access Clinic at Nova Southeastern 9
University is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 72, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Veterans Access Clinic at 16
Nova Southeastern University as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 72. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
