Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Parkland Exotic Invasive Plant Removal is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 96, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the Parkland 14
Exotic Invasive Plant Removal as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 96. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
