Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. The Nygren Buggy Collection is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 116, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $25,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund The Nygren Buggy Collection as 14
described in Appropriations Project Reques t 116. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
