Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Clermont Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion 9
Phase 2 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 104, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Clermont 16
Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Phase 2 as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 104. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
