Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Apopka Wekiva Springs Region Aquifer Recharge 9
and Flood Protection is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representati ves and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 105, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environment al Protection to fund the Apopka 16
Wekiva Springs Region Aquifer Recharge and Flood Protection as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 105. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
