Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Wauchula Community Auditorium Safety 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 69, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the City of 16
Wauchula Community Auditorium Safety Improvements as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 69. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
