Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Disproportionate Share Hospital Funding Baptist 9
Health Care-Pensacola is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 11, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Agency for Health Care Administration to fund the 16
Disproportionate Share Hospital Funding Baptist Health Care -17
Pensacola as described in Appropriations Project Request 11. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
