Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Southwest Ranches Green Meadows Drainage 9
Improvements along SW 164th Terrace is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 110, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $793,166 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Southwest 16
Ranches Green Meadows Drainage Improvements along SW 164th 17
Terrace as described in Appropriations Project Request 110. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
