Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Southwest Ranches SW 63rd Street and SW 185th 9
Way Drainage Improvement is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 111, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $479,306 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Southwest 16
Ranches SW 63rd Street and SW 185th Way Drainage Improvement as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 111. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
