Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Tech - Biomedical Aerospace 9
Manufacturing (BAM) is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 122, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Florida Tech - 16
Biomedical Aerospace Manufacturing (BAM) as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 122. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
