Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Collier County Golden Gate City Water Resource 9
Protection/Restoration Master Plan is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 139, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Collier 16
County Golden Gate City Water Resource Protection/Restoration 17
Master Plan as described in Appropriations Project Request 139. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
