Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Lions Eye Clinic, Inc. - Free Eye Care 9
for Florida Residents is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 103, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $86,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Florida Lions Eye Clinic, Inc. 16
- Free Eye Care for Florida Residents as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 103. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
