Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. NCH Healthcare System - Simulation Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 134, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,999,998 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Health to fund the NCH Healthcare System - 14
Simulation Center as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
134. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
