Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Springs Public Safety Building / EOC 9
Hardening is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 153, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $630,022 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Division of Emergency Management to fund the Palm Springs Public 16
Safety Building / EOC Hardening as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 153. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
