Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs - 9
Opioid Prevention Program is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 126, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Florida 16
Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs - Opioid Prevention Program as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 126. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
