Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Margate Stormwater Infrastructure and Canal 9
Embankment Restoration is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representati ves and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 175, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Margate 16
Stormwater Infrastructure and Canal Embankment Restoration as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 175. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
