Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Brevard Zoo Aquarium is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 154, herein incorporated by refere nce. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $950,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Brevard Zoo 14
Aquarium as described in Appropriations Project Request 154. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
