Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Adults with Disabilities is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 159, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Adults with 14
Disabilities as described in Appropriations Project Request 159. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
