Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Ormond Beach Reclaimed Water Transmission Line 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 208, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $666,666 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Ormond Beach 16
Reclaimed Water Transmission Line as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 208. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
