Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Ormond Beach Ultraviolet Disinfection 9
Conversion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 202, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Ormond 16
Beach Ultraviolet Disinfection Conversion as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 202. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
