Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Indian River Water Control District Canal 9
C Realignment is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 191, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $312,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the South Indian 16
River Water Control District Canal C Realignment as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 191. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
