Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Miami Beach Collins Park Rotunda is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 214, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund the Miami Beach Collins Park Rotunda 14
as described in Appropriations Project Request 214. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
