Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Eagles' Haven Wellness Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 194, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Eagles' Haven 14
Wellness Center as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
194. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
