Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Davis-Bradley Mental Health Overlay: Integrated 10
Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment for Offe nders 11
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 12
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 234, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $447,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Corrections to fund the Davis-Bradley Mental 18
Health Overlay: Integrated Mental Health and Substance Use 19
Disorder Treatment for Offenders as described in Appropriations 20
Project Request 234. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
