Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Feeding Tampa Bay Facility is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 263, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Feeding Tampa 14
Bay Facility as described in Appropriations Project Request 263. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
