Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 243, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Non-Custodial 14
Parent Employment Program as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 243. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
