Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Little Havana Activities & Nutrition Centers - 10
Homemaking and Companion Services for the Elderly is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 150, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Little Havana Activities 17
& Nutrition Centers - Homemaking and Companion Services for the 18
Elderly as described in Appropriations Project Request 150. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
