Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Backup Generators - Branch Libraries and 9
Community Centers is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 281, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Division of Emergency Management to fund the Backup Generators - 16
Branch Libraries and Community Centers as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 281. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
