Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. First Tee (CHAMP) Comprehensive Health and 10
Mentoring Program for At Risk and Developmental ly Disabled 11
Students and Young Adults. is an Appropriations Project as 12
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 13
is described in Appropriations Project Request 199, herein 14
incorporated by reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $450,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Education to fund the First Tee (CHAMP) 18
Comprehensive Health and Mentoring Program for At Risk and 19
Developmentally Disabled Students and Young Adults. as described 20
in Appropriations Project Request 199. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
