Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Aquarium Saltwater Treatment Facility 9
for Endangered Coral and Aquatic Animals is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in T he Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 258, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the 16
Florida Aquarium Saltwater Treatment Facility for Endangered 17
Coral and Aquatic Animals as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 258. 19
Section 3. This act shall take ef fect July 1, 2022. 20
