Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Innovation Community Disability Services (ICDS) 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 137, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $386,300 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Innovation Community 16
Disability Services (ICDS) as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 137. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
