Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Center for 9
Aerospace Technologies is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 347, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Embry-Riddle 16
Aeronautical University Center for Aerospace Technologies as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 347. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
