Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 296, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Health to fund the Live Like Bella Childhood 14
Cancer Foundation as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
296. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
