Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Habitat for Humanity of Broward - Rick Case 9
Community Phase III is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 385, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportun ity to fund the Habitat for 16
Humanity of Broward - Rick Case Community Phase III as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 385. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
