Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hillsborough Community College Nursing and 9
Allied Health Program Support is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 271, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Hillsborough Community 16
College Nursing and Allied Health Program Support as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 271. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
