Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Miami River Commission is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 363, herein incorporated by ref erence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Miami River 14
Commission as described in Appropriations Project Re quest 363. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
